16' Sailboat in Mill Bay, British Columbia for sale

I am looking for a good home for our beloved Snipe.
This is a fully-rigged and operational 'Snipe' sailing dinghy.
Wood construction
16' LOA
Aluminum mast
Sloop (jib and main), sails in good condition
battens for mainsail
sail bag
cast iron dagger board for better ballast
whisker pole for downwind running
hard wood tiller and rudder, with newer tiller extension arm
hard wood boom
mahogany cowling and trim
wind direction indicator
custom sawhorses/stands
She floats and is fully operation, as is.
All rigging and components are in good condition and operational.
Hull, beams and stringers are solid and dry
Deck needs work (areas of delamination).
Overall, she is a usable boat. Ideally, she will go to a home with covered storage. I currently have her parked in my carport. Sadly, I don't have the space or the time for this right now. Otherwise, I would love to keep it. She's a fantastic boat to sail. Very fun, safe and dry.

I am offering the boat and all its rigging and components for sale. The trailer is not included. I can deliver the boat within a reasonable distance. It is currently located in Cobble Hill.
