Beautiful Stylus Sofa and a Chair and a Half plus ottoman in Mill Bay, British Columbia for sale

This is a beautiful Stylus (Canadian made) sofa and chair and a half with ottoman.
It comes from a non-smoking and pet free home. (Technically we have a small dog but he can't jump that high). We are moving and this furniture won't fit in our new living room configuration.
It is very comfy and perfect for curling up in. We have priced it to sell! There is no damage and is in excellent used condition.
Dimensions:
Sofa - 91" long, 39" deep, 19" high from the floor to the top of the cushion.
Chair and a half - 57" wide and everything else the same.
