Furnished Room to rent with mini fridge on a quiet cul du sac. 5 minute walk to beach and park across the street. We can accommodate your own furniture if you prefer. Great for international student attending Parklands High school or Stellys. Shared floor/bathroom with a female med student working in a doctor office and my mature and responsible 16-year old daughter who leaves the house at 7:15 for school and gets home late evening. When home she is in her room watching Netflix on her Ipad with earbuds. We have a dog and 2 cats. No pets please and no smoking. Internet included, laundry facilities, Available November 1 or earlier if needed.
