1991 VW Vanagon WESTFALIA (Wolfsberg Edition) in Mill Bay, British Columbia for sale

This van is in excellent running order and has been well maintained throughout its life. The 1991 was the last year for the sought after water cooled 2.1L rear mounted engine.
This is an extremely efficient camper and consistently uses less than 12L/100 km.
Manual transmission.
Mileage is 329,000 km and approximately 80,000 on the rebuilt engine. The engine is strong, burns no oil and has no leaks. It purrs and handles the Malahat with ease.
Recent upgrades have included a new starter and alternator, new front and rear brakes, new water pump and thermostat, new front windshield, bus heater and lots of other miscellaneous items.
The body is in great shape as it has been garage kept or under cover for most of its life. It is very solid on the road and shifts easily - a real pleasure to drive. The tires are Michelin MTX M/S and heavy duty with good tread.
This Westy has all the appointments of the standard camper (fridge, stove, tables, swivel seats lower and upper beds, etc). There is a hardwood floor in the interior and the pop-up roof is in good condition. It is extremely clean and has never had smokers or pets.
No A/C but we have never found this to be a problem.
We are selling because we have bought a recreational property up island.
